Individual players

Individual players can also participate in the tournament, who will be included in a team that lacks players.
Starting fee is 160€ per 1 player. Guaranteed 7 games.

Please send:

  • Your name and surname
  • Home adress, your  mobile number
  • Mobile number of parents
  • Date of birth
  • Home club
  • Players position
  • Prefered team in Slavica cup tournament. A player will only be included in that team if there is a free place and the team agrees. In case of disagreement, he will be assigned to another team.
  • The player must be handed over to the coach personally by his parent.
  • The player must follow the instructions of the coach and may not leave the team without the coach’s permission.
  • Players insurance is recomanded. ( Úrazové poistenie hráča je doporučované )
