This tournament is organized by a team of managers who have organized many similar tournaments in the last 10 years. The tournament director also collaborated with the Slovak national team and HC Slovan Bratislava – multiple champions of the league and international tournaments. The rest of the team are former or current hockey coaches and managers. The technical side of the tournament and the high-quality function of the arena are ensured by a professional staff of people who in the past managed the 2011 and 2019 World Championships in this arena.
The referees will be professionals from the highest hockey leagues.
